Traditional Model
Traditional Contract Services Model-Recruiting, Hiring and Training fee, plus monthly management fee based on employment base and days assigned (not based on number of employees)
Outsourced Care Model
The company may desire to use a current employee as a Care Coach or directly employ their own Care Coach. This entails a one-time Recruiting and Training fee plus a monthly management (ongoing training fee).
